Justine Chelsea "J. C." Brandy (born 15 November 1975)[1] is a British-born American actress.

Brandy was born in London, but raised in New York City, United States.[2] Justine attended New York City's Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts as a drama major.[citation needed], until she dropped out; and finished her degree in 2016.
Brandy's television roles include appearances on Star Trek: The Next Generation, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Strong Medicine, and Silk Stalkings. She appeared in the film What Lies Beneath, and portrayed Jamie Lloyd in Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers. Brandy is also a songwriter and guitarist for the all-female band Lo-Ball, and has contributed to the soundtracks of Legally Blonde and What Lies Beneath.[citation needed]. She is a trained theater actress, and starred in Lewis Black's One Slight Hitch at the Falcon Theater in 1994.[3]
