Janet De Gore (November 19, 1930[citation needed] – June 11, 2022) was an American television and theatre actress.[1][2]

Born in Larchmont, New York,[3] De Gore began her career in 1950, as she starred in the Broadway play The Member of the Wedding, where she played the role of "Janice".[4]

Later in her career, she appeared in television programs, as her credits include, The Real McCoys, 77 Sunset Strip, Sugarfoot, The Outer Limits, Perry Mason, Branded, and The Farmer's Daughter.[3] She later starred in the legal drama television series The Law and Mr. Jones as Abraham Lincoln Jones (James Whitmore)'s secretary, Marsha Spear.[5][6] She retired from her career in 1966, as De Gore's last television credit was from the western television series Bonanza.[3]

De Gore died on June 11, 2022, at the age of 91.[7]
