Jason Stuart (born Stuart Ted Greif; January 13, 1959) is an American actor[1] and comedian.[2][3]

Life and career


Born in The Bronx, New York, Stuart was raised in Los Angeles, California. He is openly gay, and is the chair of the Screen Actors Guild National LGBT Actors Committee.[3][4][5]

Stuart was nominated for a Gay International Film Award for Best Supporting Actor in the independent film Coffee Date. He produced and starred in his own independent film, 10 Attitudes.[6]

Stuart released a stand-up comedy CD, "Jason Stuart: Gay Comedy Without a Dress", "Jason Stuart: I'm The Daddy and I Have Candy and a DVD of his comedy special, Jason Stuart: Making It to the Middle" for Here! Media

Stuart was raised in a Jewish family. His father was born in Poland.[7]

Best known for his supporting role in the film The Birth of a Nation, Amazon comedy series Smothered, Hit indie film Tangerine, Vegas Vacation, Kindergarten Cop, Lost & Found, Coffee Date.

He has appeared in over 150 film & TV shows such as Goliath, Love, Sleep Hollow, Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia, The Closer, House, Everybody Hates Chris, My Wife & Kids, The Drew Carey Show, Murder, She Wrote.
