Ghosh appeared in Hindi and Bhojpuri language films. Her first Bhojpuri appearance was in Suhagan Bana Da Sajjna Hamaar, directed by Sunil Sinha. She played the female lead opposite Manoj Tiwary in the film Daroga Babu I Love You. She made her OTT debut with Patra Petika web series.
