Biografía

Birmingham nació en San Antonio (Texas) proveniente de una familia comanche. Su familia se mudó mucho durante su infancia, por el trabajo de su padre como militar. Aprendió a tocar la guitarra en sus primeros años y lo consideró su "primer amor".[1] Tras obtener el bachillerato en ciencias en la Universidad del Sur de California (se graduó de la School of Policy, Planning and Development)[2] trabajó como ingeniero petroquímico. Luego dejó su trabajo para dedicarse a la actuación, en 1986.[3]
