Comenzó a actuar en la década de 1970, siendo sus primeras actuaciones cinematográficas en la película The Bingo Long Traveling All-Stars & Motor Kings (1976) y en las películas de The Wanderers y El amanecer de los muertos filmadas en 1979.

Posteriormente trabajó en la remake de El dentista (1996) y en la película Knightriders (1981). En el 2005, protagonizó el papel de Charlie Altamont en la película Los renegados del diablo. Foree también desempeñó el papel de Roger Rockmore, el padre de Kenan y Kyra, en la serie de Nickelodeon Kenan & Kel.

Foree apareció también en la remake de 2007 de la película de 1978 Halloween y en el remake de El amanecer de los muertos."

Kentotis Alvin „Ken“ Foree (* 29. Februar 1948 in Indianapolis) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler. Häufig spielt er positive Charaktere in Horrorfilmen. Bekannt wurde er mit dem Film Zombie von 1978 mit der Rolle des SWAT-Beamten Peter Washington. Er spielte aber auch bereits Rollen in familienfreundlicheren Produktionen wie die des Familienvaters Roger Rockmore in der Sitcom Kenan & Kel des Kinderkanals Nickelodeon.
