Su madre es francesa y su padre es un estadounidense de ascendencia polaca.[3]

Carrera

En 2002 actuó en la película Children on Their Birthdays y en 2003 hizo el papel de Lauren O'Keefe en The O'Keefes durante siete episodios. Ha aparecido en varias series, entre ellas: Providence, The Brothers Garcia, The Nightmare Room: Scareful What You Wish For, That's So Raven, The Guardian y NCIS. Sus papeles más importantes han sido en Malcolm in the Middle, con el personaje de Cynthia, apareciendo en cinco episodios entre 2000 y 2002; y su papel de Alex Rousseau en la serie de televisión Lost. También ha aparecido en las películas: The Other Side of the Tracks (2008), Elsewhere (2007), Japan (2007), Chasing 3000 (2006) y The Garage (2006). Tania Raymonde Helen Katz,[1][2][better source needed] (born March 22, 1988) is an American actress and artist. Her career first caught traction when she played the recurring character of Cynthia Sanders on the Fox sitcom Malcolm in the Middle between 2000 and 2002, followed by the role of Alex Rousseau in the ABC series Lost from 2006 to 2010. She has since played Carla Rinaldi on MTV's Death Valley (2011), starred in the horror film Texas Chainsaw 3D (2013), and portrayed Jodi Arias, the title role in the TV movie Jodi Arias: Dirty Little Secret (2013). In April 2015, she joined the cast of the TNT series The Last Ship. Since 2016 she has starred in the Amazon Prime Video series Goliath.
