Roughnecks: Starship Troopers Chronicles è una serie televisiva animata in computer graphic, basato sia sul romanzo Fanteria dello spazio di Robert A. Heinlein che sul film Starship Troopers del 1997 diretto da Paul Verhoeven, che ha lavorato in questa serie in veste di produttore esecutivo. La serie segue le vicende dello squadrone di fanteria mobile "Razak's Roughnecks", durante la guerra fra la razza umana ed una forma di vita extraterestre ostile.

Roughnecks: Starship Troopers Chronicles is a CGI animated television series based on the 1959 novel Starship Troopers by Robert A. Heinlein and the 1997 movie adaptation. The film's director, Paul Verhoeven, served as executive producer.[2] It follows the exploits of the Mobile Infantry squad, "Razak's Roughnecks," during the SICON–Bugs War between a newly united humanity and an extraterrestrial race, known as the "Bugs," also sometimes referred to as Arachnids.
