Inspector Roshini Verma a sincere cop, who has been imprisoned without trial panics the country. It is also uncovered that demoniacal Home Minister Anna Patil and several other officials are involved. Now, judicial proceedings take place when no lawyer comes forward in the favor of Roshini except advocate Avinash Kapoor faces challenges. He acquaints Roshini when she spins. Once, in the time of elections, Anna’s son Dheeraj assassinates a consistent when Roshini boldly apprehends him without yielding to pressures. However, Dheeraj is acquitted of false alibis, and Roshini is suspended. Subsequently, Dheeraj molests her younger sister Anju and she becomes insane. Knowing it, Roshini flares up on Anna when he conspires, detains her at Nasik jail, and is subjected to severe torture. Listening to it, Avinash boasts her confidence to secure her, but surprisingly, he discredits her evidence and confines her to the asylum. Later, he affirms that it's a plan to rescue her from the evil hood of Anna. Avinash allows her to abscond, supports her in eliminating the blackguards, and succeeds in retrieving her position too. In that process, they fall in love. Accordingly, Govt places an inquiry on Anna where Avinash & Roshini produce the pieces of evidence against him. Then, Dheeraj & his henchmen are onslaughts, and they are killed in an encounter when Anju recoups her memory. At last, Anna becomes mad and is placed at the asylum. Finally, the movie ends by proclaiming Hail to the Truth.
