Katha Ankahee (transl. Untold Story) is an upcoming Indian television drama series which is the official Hindi remake of Turkish series One Thousand and One Nights, better known as Arabian Nights.[1] It stars Aditi Sharma and Adnan Khan will be aired on Sony Entertainment Television from 28 November 2022.[2]

Production
Development
The series was announced by Sony Entertainment Television in October 2022.[3] It is the remake of Kanal D's popular Turkish soap opera Binbir Gece.[4]
The series marks comeback for Adnan Khan and Aditi Sharma into fiction after COVID-19 pandemic and their first collaboration.[5][6]
Casting
Aditi Sharma was cast to portray Katha,[7] Adnan Khan was cast to portray Viaan.[8]
Sheen Dass was cast as the other lead.[9]
In November 2022, it was confirmed Vishal Gandhi had a cameo appearance in the show.[10]
Release
The teaser of the series was released on 14 October 2022.[11] It replaced Yashomati Maiyaa Ke Nandlala from 28 November 2022.[12]
