Pandirimancham is a 1991 Indian Telugu-language film, produced by Balaram under the Sri Anupama Productions banner and directed by Omkaar. It stars Jagapathi Babu, Radha, Bhagyasri and music composed by Raj–Koti.[2]

The film begins in a village, where Madana Gopala Krishna Sastry, a fake saint, behaves as its dictator and President Pedda Venkata Rayudu is his henchman, but his nephew Rajesh always opposes them. So, they hire a goon named Rowdygaru from town to encounter Rajesh. Madhuravani a prostitute reforms Rowdygaru and also loves him. But he falls in love with a beautiful village Seeta, sister-in-law of Sastry. The remaining story is about how Rowdygaru teaches a lesson to Sastry & President and sets the village to rights.
