Katsuyoshi Yatabe (谷田部 勝義) (born July 11, 1956) is a Japanese screenwriter, anime director and sound director born in Tokyo. He is most well known for directing the first three entries in Sunrise's Brave series and directing the first shotacon anime adaptation.
