He was born in the village of "Giry Berri", which means in Arabic "Tal Al-Jisr", which belongs to the district of Tarbespi (the graves of Al-Beidah) Al-Qahtaniyah currently, from the Qamishli region - Al-Hasakah Governorate - Syria, in the year 1376 AH, 1956 AD. He obtained an elementary certificate from Khaled bin Al-Waleed Rural School in Al-Qahtaniyah in 1388 AH, 1968 AD, then a middle school certificate from Fayez Mansour Preparatory School in Al-Qahtaniyah in 1391 AH, 1971 AD, and studied in her secondary school until the second scientific secondary school, then the literary secondary certificate from Arabistan High School in Qamishli in 1394 AH, 1974 AD, then obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Sharia at Damascus University in 1398 AH, 1978 AD [1]with a good grade, and he was among the top ten in it, then obtained a master's degree in media from the College of Da'wah and Media in Riyadh (specializing in radio and television) - Imam Muhammad bin Saud University Islamic University, 1405 A.H[1].[2]
He taught for about seven years, intermittently, for the primary, preparatory and secondary stages in the governorate of Al-Hasakah and the capital Damascus between 1394-1401 AH (1974-1981 AD). Then he worked as an imam, then an imam and preacher in the Zain al-Abidin Mosque, in the city of Qamishli for a period of a year and a half, between 1400-1401 AH, during which time he accompanied scholars, attended science councils, and benefited from my Sheikh Alwan Haqqi in particular, before and after this period. And I read "Mughni Al-Muhtaaj" in Shafi'i jurisprudence by Mullah Saleh Al-Herbawi, and he did advocacy work in my town, and I gave lessons.[3]
He received a scholarship from Imam University in 1402 AH to complete his higher studies, and resided in Riyadh since that date. He worked as a proofreader for the Arabic language in Al-Jazirah newspaper in Riyadh (as a collaborator) for two years, from the beginning of 1402 AH until the end of 1403 AH. He worked as a collaborator for intermittent periods between 1404 - 1408 AH at the Center for the Affairs of the Blind for the Middle East, a reader, during which he recorded many Islamic books, including Sahih al-Bukhari, Muslim and Sunan al-Tirmidhi. Then he worked at Dar Al-Rifai Publishing in Riyadh, correcting with other administrative work for two years 1405-1407 AH.[1]
He worked as an editor and proofreader in the Saudi magazine "Alam al-Kutub" from 1407 AH until 1412 AH, as a full-timer and then as a collaborator. He worked as an arbitrator in the "Al-Tobad" magazine in Riyadh for several months in 1409 AH. He was a delegate for "The Contemporary Muslim" magazine in Saudi Arabia from 1407-1409 AH, providing it with the monthly newsletter during that period.
He worked in the King Fahd National Library since the beginning of its establishment in 1409 AH,[1] and was appointed director of the Department of Acquisition and Information Regulation from 1411 AH until 1413 AH, and settled in the Department of Classification and Indexing as an indexer, classifier and reviewer for books. He has published a few research papers and articles in Arab periodicals such as "Alam al-Kutub", "Al-Tobad", "Al-Majalla al-Arabiya", "The Islamic Future", "The Society", "Al-Shaqaiq" and "The Islamic World".
