Vandana Singh is an Indian science fiction writer and physicist. She is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Physics and Earth Science at Framingham State University in Massachusetts.[1][2] Singh also serves on the Advisory Council of METI (Messaging Extraterrestrial Intelligence).
