Julio Alberto Hirsch (Buenos Aires, 14 de julio de 1956) más conocido como Julio Chávez es un actor, autor y director de teatro argentino. Es, además, artista plástico y maestro de actores de teatro. Posee una larga trayectoria en el teatro, como actor tanto como director. Protagonizó varias películas en el cine y varias series en la televisión. Es ganador de numerosos premios, entre ellos el Oso de Plata en el Festival de Cine de Berlín, el Premio Platino, tres Cóndor de Plata, el ACE de Oro, cuatro Martín Fierro, el Premio Clarín Espectáculos a la Figura del Año y el Premio Konex de Platino. Además dirige el "Instituto de Entrenamiento Actoral" que lleva su nombre, en la ciudad de Buenos Aires.[1][2][3][4][5]
